Schneider Electric Buildings, LLC is a globalprovider of a full line of lighting, fire, access, HVAC, commercialrefrigeration, and control systems for commercial and institutional buildings. Wehave the following position available in Clovis, California:


Supply Chain Manager: S/he is responsible forthe implementation of logistic and supply chain policy, management of theMaster Production Schedule (MPS), development of the trade principles onupstream and downstream flows, improve logistic performances, competencies,tools and organization. S/he develops and maintains excellent workingrelationship across all levels of the organization with the supply chain andlines of business. S/he works closely with the offer management organization todrive demand shaping, align the supply chain with product enhancements/newintroductions and to define required lead-times. S/he directs the demand reviewprocess to align supply chain with growth expectations over quarter, year andfollowing year timeline. S/he addresses forecast accuracy issues and demandshaping actions. S/he recommends supply chain capacity and capability changesbased on the demand review. S/he coordinates with the supply chain planningteam to proactively align upstream/downstream supply with demand. S/hesynthesizes the offer management, demand, and supply review outcomes into arecommendation at the executive level for supply chain capacity and capabilityplanning over the quarter, year, and following year timeline. Supervises 10subordinates [Planner, Entry LevelPlanner, Customer Care Coordinator, Procurement Buyer, Jr. Planner, ProcurementBuyer, Operations Master Data Analyst, Master Production Scheduler, InventoryAnalyst, and Planner/ Buyer]. This position requires a Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Supply Chain and six yearsof progressive work experience in Supply Chain Management. Also must have sixyears of work experience with: driving demand shaping, aligning the supplychain with product enhancements/new introductions, and defining requiredlead-times; aligning supply chain with growth expectations over quarter, yearand following year timeline; aligning upstream/downstream supply with demand;and synthesizing the Offer Management, Demand, and Supply review outcomes intoa recommendation at the Executive level for supply chain capacity andcapability planning over the quarter, year, and following year timeline.
