    The Development Officer 1 is responsible for identifying and cultivating donor prospects and inspiring them to give. Develops relationships with donors, prospects, and key stakeholders in the community. Identify potential gift opportunities, cultivate and solicit new gifts and pledges, and enhance the donor experience by helping to organize events, campaigns, and special projects as assigned.


    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: MINIMUM REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree. One or more years of experience in professional or volunteer fundraising, event planning, communications, marketing, customer relations, public affairs, or related field. PREFERRED: Experience in healthcare. A track record of soliciting and closing philanthropic gifts.
